Notes to the rental rates

• Rental is generally for couples and families only. £100 Deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit is also used for security against any loss or damage. This deposit is refunded (minus any deductions if applicable) after the property has been inspected. Further deductions will be made for excessive electricity usage (ie leaving air conditioning on all day when the property is unoccupied)
  Full payment is required six weeks prior to rental commencement.
  No single sex groups. Any Groups aged under 25 will be subject to a £200 per person (refundable) breakage deposit. There is a further charge of £30.00 to cover laundry and cleaning costs

Airport Transfers

We can transfer up to four people from Alicante airport direct to the property for £20.00 each way. The driver will also provide the keys and show guests around the property. Transfers from Murcia Airport can also be arranged, please contact us for further details. Airport transfers for larger groups and for children requiring child seats may also be provided. Care and Consideration

Guests will be expected to treat this property as if it were there own. This is my own house which I like to take care of. I try to keep the rentals costs down as much as possible. However there are a few people who have abused the facilities in the past. Therefore the electricty meter readings shall be recorded and any excessive electricity usage shall be deducted from the security deposit. As electricity is expensive in Spain. All I ask is for the air conditioning units and heaters to be switched off when you leave the property or the room(s) are un-occupied. Thanking you in advance for your consideration.
