This spacious property comes equipped with air conditioning, TV, one air conditioned double room complete with balcony. One air conditioned twin room and two bathrooms. Ample parking is available with a communal pool to the rear. A rooftop solarium provides an ideal spot for sunbathing. For those that like keep out of the sun, the front terrace becomes more shaded as the day progresses whilst the rooftop remains sunny throughout the day.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental is generally for couples and families only. £100 Deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit is also used for security against any loss or damage. This deposit is refunded (minus any deductions if applicable) after the property has been inspected. Further deductions will be made for excessive electricity usage (ie leaving air conditioning on all day when the property is unoccupied)
    Full payment is required six weeks prior to rental commencement.
    No single sex groups. Any Groups aged under 25 will be subject to a £200 per person (refundable) breakage deposit. There is a further charge of £50.00 to cover laundry and cleaning costs

Notes: The air conditioned Lounge incorporates a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. In addition there is a single pull out bed underneath the sofa bed. A Travel cot is also available free of charge. It is possible to holiday without a car, although a car would be recommended to make life that little bit easier. The nearest beach is a 20 minute walk without kids in tow. The nearest bars are an 8 minute walk and the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk. Taxis are available and there is a bus service. The Phoenix restaurant arranges coach trips including Terra Mitica, Benidorm & Alicante. For those that wish to stay during the winter months the property is provided with heating for those occasional chilly nights.

Airport Transfers: We can transfer up to four people from Alicante airport direct to the property for £20.00 each way. The driver will also provide the keys and show guests around the property. Transfers from Murcia Airport can also be arranged, please contact us for further details. Airport transfers for larger groups and for children requiring child seats may also be provided. Please contact us for prices.

Care and Consideration: Guests will be expected to treat this property as if it were there own. This is my own house which I like to take care of. I try to keep the rentals costs down as much as possible. However there are a few people who have abused the facilities in the past. Therefore the electricty meter readings shall be recorded and any excessive electricity usage shall be deducted from the security deposit. As electricity is expensive in Spain. All I ask is for the air conditioning units and heaters to be switched off when you leave the property or the room(s) are un-occupied. Thanking you in advance for your consideration.

Overall my stay was enjoyable, the weather was lovely, the place is superb and everyone is friendly.
i would recommend this to anyone and would be happy to go again.

Very good holiday accommodation Well appointed and clean. Very nice location.Easy parking. Elderly Winter sun seekers should consider North facing aspect. Good overall value for money.
