Spacious luxury 3 bedroom house in Gran Alacant

Brand new town house with access to communal pool only a few metres from the back patio. It is situated in landscaped gardens with plants, palm trees and seating areas. The house is designed in a typical Spanish style and has a large tiled patio. The complex is totally enclosed. The house has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the upper floor with balconies. There is a further twin bedroom on the lower floor. There is a bathroom and toilet upstairs and a toilet and shower room downstairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, microwave, sandwich maker, oven and hob. The kitchen also has a dining area seating six people. The lounge area has seating for five people and has satellite TV and a DVD player. There is garden furniture and sun beds on the roof terrace, which has fantastic views of Alicante and the sea. There is space in front of the house for car parking but there is also a reserved space in the underground car park.

This new Town House is within the town of Gran Alacant, which is a purpose built residential area. Conveniently located within walking distance from the house, you will find a selection of restaurants, bars, a supermarket, pharmacy and banks. There is also the local bus stop with routes to both the city of Alicante where you can while away the hours either shopping, sightseeing the many cultural delights, strolling along the promenade or dining at one of the many superb restaurants on the Marina. Travelling in the opposite direction and you will find yourself in the old fishing town of Santa Pola. Definitely not to be missed. The small complex is situated to give breathtaking views of the Bay of Alicante and the lovely beaches of Carabassi with its sand dunes and the blue flag Los Arenales del Sol. Both these beaches and the resort town of Los Arenales are less than a 5 minute drive.

Hi John & Tina. Just a brief email to thank you & to let others know what we thought of your house in Alicante. We stayed in your house for a week in October 2006 & had a fantastic time. The house is just as it appears on the web site & is close enough to the airport (about 15 minutes drive). The house is large, very clean & well placed to visit the surrounding areas with plenty of shops & bars close by. We enjoyed our stay & are going back for a week in November 2007. Rented the house in November 2007 . This was our second visit this year . As with our first visit everything was perfect. The house is very conveniently located for the airport , beaches and centre of Alicante . I intend to go back in 2008 . Mr Milligan

Golf Information:

There are nine 18 hole golf courses within 45 minutes from the house. The nearest one is El Plantio which is only 10 minutes away. The other courses are :- Alenda, Aicante, Bonalba, Campoamor, Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas, and La Marquesa. The well Known La Manga complex is about 75 minutes away. The winter months in Costa Blanca, October to March, are perfect for golf. Temperatures are usually between 16 to 21 degrees C(60 to 70 degrees F).

Hi John. We would like to thank you we had an excellent holiday in GranAlicant everything went well from the word go. No tedious journey to our holiday resort this year just a 15 min drive from Alicante airport and hassle free. The accommodation was great. In a good location and closet to all amenities with plenty of space for the four of us. All we needed and spotlessly clean. Hope to go again next year we were so impressed.
