Alicante only 15/20 mins away and airport only 10 min drive. Nearest town of Santa Pola 5 mins away with many facilities. Now fully Air conditioned with hot and cold units plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms, small garden and terrace and upstairs balcony. Digital TV with all home channels. Benidorm and its water park and theme park Terra mitica are only 30 minutes away. Torrevieja is also 30 mins away. Many golf courses including Villa Martin and Campoamor within 30/40 min drive. The house is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on terrace, please.

Notes to the rental rates

• Cleaning charge at end of stay of 50 euros. If you require a mid stay change of linen/towels 25 euros extra, full mid stay clean 50 euros extra .
  Non refundable deposit of £50 is required when booking, final balance to be paid 6 week prior to departure. An £80 security deposit is required against any damage that may occur whilst you are renting our house. This will be returned to you within 48 hours of your departure and confirmation that the house has been left in good order.
  Long term winter rentals are considered, please contact us for rates.
  Airport pick ups can be arranged at a small charge.

air conditioning has now been fitted through out the property, this is included in price, but we ask you to use it to its full effect - keep windows and doors closed when you have it on and please do not leave on when your not in the house. Air conditioning also can be used as heaters in the winter. Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the third has drawer and wardrobe space. There are security gates to the carpark entrance and can only be accessed with key. A key is in the house to give you access to the pool on the Costa Hispania complex.
