Located between Alicante and Benidorm in the old town area of Villajoyosa. This town stages an amazing fiesta the last week of July and has many festivals during the year with parades and special events. The house is two mins walk from a spectacular uncrowded sandy beach. The town is lively enough to give plenty to do but tranquil enough to allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The marina and port are fifteen mins walk away. Here you can sail, jet-ski, canoe or join a fishing charter. A car is not needed as the beach, a wide range of restaurants to suit all budgets, bars and shops, are within a short walk. Excellent cheap transport links make the coast easily accessible including theme parks, water parks etc. for family fun and entertainment, & visits to local destinations for example Altea, Denia Javea and Benidorm. The nearby countryside is 15 mins away by car and this affords excellent walking climbing, rock-climbing and cycling. There are many excellent golf courses nearby.

Notes to the rental rates

• Note where Easter falls rental will be £450 each week. Semana Santa, Holy week in Villajoyosa is special with nightly parades, choirs etc
  Half term week last week in October and May £450 per week.
  Prices are based on 4 people using the house. A supplement will be charged for extra people prices vary according to the season.
  
• Long term renters welcome for Winter period Nov1st - end of March, but not including Easter when Easter falls in March. One month rental in Winter period same as one week rental in high season minimum rental 2 months.

The house

The house is a lovely traditional Spanish Town House. It is fully modernised, is very spacious and has large bright airy rooms. The house is spread over three main floors and two Mezzanine floors. At the top of the house is a lovely private roof terrace which is equipped with three sunbeds, a table and chairs for 6 people., barbecue, sink power etc. The terrace also has a full sunshade which can be pulled out to give the whole area shade. It is a really lovely place to relax over a meal sunbathe or read a book or listen to music. This terrace has views of both the beach and the mountains.

The Kitchen

There is a large bright kitchen / diner with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small balcony off the kitchen which is equipped with a table and two chairs. This has views of the sea.
