With over 200,000 palm trees in the city, palm groves are now preserved by law and great care is taken in reforestation.

Murica: : The capital of the region known as the ‘Garden of Spain’. The city stands on the banks of a river and is described as one of the most beautiful and historical in the country. Dominated by its magnificent cathedral, visitors can also find remnants of Murcia’s history from the Roman and Moorish periods, with some of the best examples of Spanish Baroque and Renaissance Art.
