End of terrace townhouse covering 3 levels, lounge and open plan kitchen along with dining area to ground floor. There is also a down stairs toilet. Two bedrooms ,one double and one twin to the first floor ,along with a fully tiled bathroom. Full length solarium to top floor with reclining chairs to soak up the hours of sunshine. overlooking communal pool and gardens which has a life guard during the school summer holidays.. Close to 3 championship golf courses, 10 minute drive from local soft sandy beaches, 10 minute walk to local restaurants and amenities.45 minutes from Alicante airport and 15 minutes from Murcia. This 2 bedroom property is well equipped for a relaxing holiday. TV with sky TV showing various English channels , DVD, washing machine, microwave etc. The area where the property is located is quiet for a peaceful time, however you are not far from lively night life either a walk or car journey away depending on what you are looking for.
