This villa built in 2005 is close to all amenities has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms [one full bathroom with shower and bath and one with toilet and vanity unit] Fitted kitchen, spacious lounge with dining area, 3 sun balconies and roof solarium. There is a communal swimming pool set in landscaped gardens for your use. The property has its own alarm, grills and shutters to all windows. The house is five minutes drive away from Villamartin Plaza filled with restaurants/ bars and very family friendly. Three Championship golf courses surround the area also catering for other activities swimming and tennis.

Villamartin is situated approximately 40 minutes drive South from Alicante,or 20 minutes North from Murcia and is ideally placed for the golden sandy beaches at La Zenia a 5 minute drive, followed on by many other beaches with children's play areas,marinas and sea front restaurants. Just away from the water front there are many cafes,restaurants,bars,small shops and supermarkets.Villamartin has 3 golf course, its own Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campamor. Villamartin is ideally situated for all, if your looking for a family holiday, a golfing holiday, a beach holiday or an activity holiday you are are only a five minute walk or drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Lets of less than 7 days are on pro-rata basis. Payments can be made either by cheque or using your debit/credit card via Paypal. An additional payment of 60 euros is required to be paid directly to our representative in Spain to cover the cost of the cleaning prior to your arrival & after your departure. There is no daily maid service. Normal check out is by 10am and arrival after 4pm, although other times can be arranged depending on availability of accommodation prior to your arrival and after your departure, please ask. The price is per week not per person & includes full use of pool, electric, water and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels). Please bring your own beach/pool & tea towels.
  • Please note a refundable deposit of £100 key/security payment is to be added when paying the full amount 6 weeks before departure. This will be refunded to you as soon as we have confirmation from our representative in Spain that the keys have been returned, no damage has occurred at the property or loss of any item during your stay, and the property has been left in an acceptable condition. Please ask about this when booking. On arrival you will be met by our local representative, who will take you to your house, show you in and provide you with keys they will answer any questions and provide information on the resort and local area. Arrivals during the night please ask when booking if local arrangements can be made to meet you.
  • A communal swimming pool is available for your use.

Eating out: Villamartin Plaza is a five minute drive away and offers a varied selection of bars and restaurants with a wide range of international cuisine. A short walk from the house there are bars, cafes and restaurants. Campoamor golf course has a restaurant with a sun terrace to enjoy the views and your food. Everyone is welcome not just members. Within a ten minute drive you will find The Los Dolses & Rioja Centres filled with shops, cafes and bars.

Shopping and Markets: The nearest large supermarket is a 10 minute walk, however there are two small supermarkets just a 5 minute walk from the house which caters for the majority of your needs. Along with Bankscash point to help with changing your currency. The nearest Spanish market is held on a Saturday at Playa Flamenca or San Miguel on a Wednesday both offer a good range of Spanish shopping. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on a Friday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on a Wednesday. There are many large Commercial Centres in the area with a wide range of shopping.

Extras: We can also provide the following: Welcome packs either a basic selection of essentials or a more comprehensive package. Airport Transfers-from either Alicante or Murcia airports.Cost of welcome packs and airport transfers are payable locally.
