This villa built in 2005 is close to all amenities has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms [one full bathroom with shower and bath and one with toilet and vanity unit] Fitted kitchen, spacious lounge with dining area, 3 sun balconies and roof solarium. There is a communal swimming pool set in landscaped gardens for your use. The property has its own alarm, grills and shutters to all windows. The house is five minutes drive away from Villamartin Plaza filled with restaurants/ bars and very family friendly. Three Championship golf courses surround the area also catering for other activities swimming and tennis.

Villamartin is situated approximately 40 minutes drive South from Alicante,or 20 minutes North from Murcia and is ideally placed for the golden sandy beaches at La Zenia a 5 minute drive, followed on by many other beaches with children's play areas,marinas and sea front restaurants. Just away from the water front there are many cafes,restaurants,bars,small shops and supermarkets.Villamartin has 3 golf course, its own Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campamor. Villamartin is ideally situated for all, if your looking for a family holiday, a golfing holiday, a beach holiday or an activity holiday you are are only a five minute walk or drive away.

Eating out: Villamartin Plaza is a five minute drive away and offers a varied selection of bars and restaurants with a wide range of international cuisine. A short walk from the house there are bars, cafes and restaurants. Campoamor golf course has a restaurant with a sun terrace to enjoy the views and your food. Everyone is welcome not just members. Within a ten minute drive you will find The Los Dolses & Rioja Centres filled with shops, cafes and bars.

Shopping and Markets: The nearest large supermarket is a 10 minute walk, however there are two small supermarkets just a 5 minute walk from the house which caters for the majority of your needs. Along with Bankscash point to help with changing your currency. The nearest Spanish market is held on a Saturday at Playa Flamenca or San Miguel on a Wednesday both offer a good range of Spanish shopping. There are also large markets held in Torrevieja on a Friday, San Pedro on Monday and Guardamar on a Wednesday. There are many large Commercial Centres in the area with a wide range of shopping.

This is a nice villa, in a nice area but the photo showing and stating there is access to the pool is incorrect. We chose this villa because of the pool access (and obviously paid more because of this) but we were not able to use the gate, which remained locked for the whole of out holiday, despite our complaints. Instead we had to walk round and through another villa's garden to get to the pool. We had specifically phoned prior to booking to check that we could access the pool from the villa and were told we could but on arrival were informed that the gate was not to be used because of complaints from the residents association.
We paid a cleaning fee of 60euros on arrival but the villa had not had 60euros worth of cleaning prior to our arrival - we had to repair the toilet seat before we could use it (the retaining screw from one side of the seat was on the bathroom floor) and the kitchen and items within could have been cleaner.
It is a nice villa and when we asked for an additional fan for the third bedroom, this was provided but we were very disappointed about the pool access, especially having specifically asked before making the booking.
