There is a view of the Med from the solarium and to the rear of the villa there is a grassed garden area. There are sun beds, tables and chairs to sunbathe. relax and dine outdoors. The fabulous resident’s private swimming pool with childs area is set within grassed gardens and is literally metres away.

Notes to the rental rates

• Booking Deposit:
  To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
  To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 50 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.

Beaches

There are many blue flag beaches on the Orihuela Costa and you are just a 5 minute drive to the beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan and La Zenia. There is also the beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga and is only a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardemar and La Marina.

Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service

There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the apartment and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.

Support Service

You will be met on arrival at the villa and a good support service is there for you during your stay. Should you be arriving outwith shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel. Should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you.

Golf Information:

Just a short distance from the villa are three superb golf courses. The championship course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. We can provide you information on how to book your golf via email. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course and you will need to provide a handicap certificate.
