The house is a 3 bedroom modern duplex property on 3 floors, the ground floor has the loung/diner, a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, one twin bedroom and a shower room, to the first floor there are the 2 further bedrooms (one double and one twin) and the bathroom. Both these bedrooms have direct access to a private south facing balcony. On the second floor is another private south facing terrace area, excellent for sunbathing. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers plus a BBQ. There is also a terrace area at the front of the property with a table and 6 chairs. There is a communal pool with a shallow area for children plus grassed areas for sunbathing. Villamartin Plaza is only 10 minutes walk, here you will find a great number of bars and restaurants plus a convenience store. There are large supermarkets nearby for all your holiday needs. For golf lovers there a 3 courses - Villamartin, Campoamar & Las Ramblas (all within 5 min by car).

Notes to the rental rates

• A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, balance payable 6 weeks before departure. A further £150 damage/non return of keys deposit is required which will be refunded to you upon your return. Cancellations - 6 weeks before arrival, full refund, 4-6 weeks before arrival 50% refund, 2-4 weeks before arrival 25% refund, less than 2 weeks before arrival no refund. There is an charge for cleaning/laundry at the end of your stay of 50 euros for upto 4 adults, (plus 10 euros per adult thereafter) which is payable to our key holder on your arrival. Linen and towels (not beach towels) are included together with a 'Welcome Pack' (food basics)
  
• The renter must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage. The owner reserves the right to deduct from the damage/non-return of keys deposit any monies for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the renter. All information and distances etc are provided in good faith.

Accommodation and Facilities for the house in Villamartin, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain

Markets, Local Towns and Activities.

There are daily Spanish markets on different days at every local town where you can buy fresh fruit and veg, flowers, linen, clothes, jewellery etc etc etc...Torrevieja is the nearest large town which is still very Spanish although the tourist market is well catered for in the bars and restaurants. Boat trips can be taken from the marina as well as scuba diving. There is a riding stables 5 minutes walk from the house plus a waterpark in Torrevieja -great for kids (open approx end May - Sept)!

General Summary

The property is suitably located and equipped for both a busy holiday or a restful/lazy holiday whatever suits you. A car is recommended (if you want to go out and about) but not essential if you want a lazy holiday! It is 10 minutes by car to the beautiful La Zenia beach and two minutes on foot from the communal pool.

Golf Information:

There are 3 golf courses within easy reach. Villamartin is 10-15 minutes on foot, Campoamar and Las Ramblas are both 5-10 minutes by car. There is also tennis facilities at Villamartin plus a clubhouse bar and restaurant. At Campoamar there is also a driving range. We are not golfers ourselves but are advised that a great round can be had on any of the three local courses.
