This large, detached villa with private pool is set on a plot of 1500 square metres with stunning mountain views, close to the village of Albatera. It is located 20 min from Alicante airport, 20 min from the beautiful beaches of La Marina & has 6 golf courses nearby. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a spacious lounge with sat. TV & sofa-bed. All the bedrooms are air conditioned & gas central heating is installed throughout for winter lets.

The villa is located in a quiet area, 5 min drive from the village of Albatera, through the fruit orchards to the foothills of the mountains. Albatera is situated just off the motorway, as a result it provides easy access to the cities of Alicante (30 min) & Murcia (35 min). The beautiful, unspoilt, blue flag beaches of La Marina are 20 min away. The thriving tourist areas of Torrevieja (25 min) with its aqua parks, shops & bars & Benidorm (60 min) with its Disney type theme park are easily accessible via the motorway. The pretty town of Elche has 300,000 palm trees and a safari park and is only 10 min drive away. Another favourite within easy reach is the spa town of Fortuna with its therapeutic hot spas.
