It is located 20 min from Alicante airport, 20 min from the beautiful beaches of La Marina & has 6 golf courses nearby. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a spacious lounge with sat. TV & sofa-bed. The villa is located in a quiet area, 5 min drive from the village of Albatera, through the fruit orchards to the foothills of the mountains. Albatera is situated just off the motorway, as a result it provides easy access to the cities of Alicante (30 min) & Murcia (35 min). The beautiful, unspoilt, blue flag beaches of La Marina are 20 min away. The thriving tourist areas of Torrevieja (25 min) with its aqua parks, shops & bars & Benidorm (60 min) with its Disney type theme park are easily accessible via the motorway. The pretty town of Elche has 300,000 palm trees and a safari park and is only 10 min drive away. Another favourite within easy reach is the spa town of Fortuna with its therapeutic hot spas.
