Spacious 4 bedroom villa situated in its own grounds at the foot of the Creviente mountains. The property comprises of 3 double bedrooms (1 en suite) and 1 single bedroom along with a further bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower, toilet, sink. There is a kitchen diner and a spacious lounge diner both air conditioned. The lounge also offers Satellite TV, DVD player and VHS and also a log burning fire. Outside there is a sun drenched 20ft x 13ft roman end pool (with steps)with an outdoor shower alongside and a stone built barbeque terrace looking onto the mountains, and over the town, of Albatera . There is a large sun terrace perfect for all day sunbathing and a shaded seating area located next to the pool. An ideal property for 'getting away from it all' and yet still only 25 mins from Alicante airport (40mins from Murcia airport) and just 25 mins from 2 magnificent uncrowded blue flag beaches. Another favourite within easy reach is Fortuna with its therapeutic hot spas.

Situated at the foot of the mountains this superb private villa, located in Albatera, has the towns of Elche and Creviente nearby along with the tourist resort of Torrevieja. Albatera is just a 5min drive away but a minute walk from the villa you will find a couple of local bars and a bakery. The town itself has a magnificent public square overlooked by a typical Spanish church and is surrounded by little side streets, most filled with tapas bars and shops. In July the town has an open air festival. There is also a large park with an amphitheatre and a children's play area including swings, slides, climbing frames etc. On the short trip into town you will also find a large supermarket which, along with the usual daily requirements, has a large fresh fish counter although the local indoor market offers an even larger range of fresh fish, meat and fruit. Due to open in Autumn 2009 is a new championship golf course to add to the 5 other courses within a half hour drive.
