| Notes: | The accommodation comprises, on the first floor of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with ensuite Jacuzzi bathroom and double doors to the sun terrace, a separate toilet and a very spacious open plan lounge / dining room with open fire place and fully fitted American style kitchen. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV, video recorder and music system. In addition there is a separate guest apartment, which has two double bedrooms; one with en-suite bathroom and a living room with American style fitted kitchen. There is a large garage with parking for four vehicles, a table tennis table and a laundry area located below the main house. This superb villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard and benefits from air conditioning and central heating throughout. |
Outside facilities:
Outside, patio doors from the main house and the guest apartment give access to covered and open terraces, which lead to a 12m x 5m swimming pool with poolside shower. Steps from the sun terrace lead to the well kept lower gardens, from where there is direct access to the lovely sandy cove. Patio furniture, sun beds, a portable BBQ and parasols are provided.
