This is a privately owned Villa sitting on the apron of the mountains in a select “campo” on the outskirts of the town of Crevillente, with mountain views on one side and long distance views on the other. It is secluded by a perimeter wall with electric entry gates and offers a spacious area of approx 4,500 sq metres of land. The villa and its gardens are not overlooked on any side thus offering complete privacy. There is a private swimming pool (8x4m) with a large terraced area on which to lounge, and if it gets too hot for you, you can relax under the shade of the pergola. The terraced area is next to the pool and barbeque so you can keep an eye on the kids without having to pause from your relaxation. The villa is located in a quiet lane 2 km form the town of Crevillente and the accommodation details include an adjacent newly built chalet with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a fully functioning kitchen, with a large lounge and dining area (total area 100sq m), it is not let seperately

The chalet can be used as a fully operational separate living area and has its own facilities in that respect. It is ideal for 2 or more families as they can holiday together without being in each other's pockets. The seating and dining numbers above are based on both the chalet and the main villa space.
