This is a privately owned Villa sitting on the apron of the mountains, on the outskirts of the town of Crevillente near Elche, with mountain views on one side and long distance views on the other. It is secluded by a perimeter wall with electric entry gates and offers a secure spacious area of approx 4,500 sq metres of land. The villa and its gardens are not overlooked on any side thus offering complete privacy. There is a private swimming pool with a large terraced area on which to lounge, and a number of seating areas from which to enjoy the beautiful views and the quiet ambience. The villa is located in a quiet lane 2 km form the town of Crevillente and the accommodation details include an adjacent newly built chalet with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a fully functioning kitchen, with a large lounge and dining area (total area 100sqm), which is not let separately.

This is a privately owned Villa sitting on the apron of the mountains in a field on the outskirts of the town of Crevillente with mountain views on one side and distance views on the other. It is secluded by a perimeter wall with electric entry gates and offers a spacious are of approx 4,500sq metres of land. The villa and its gardens are not overlooked on any side thus offering complete privacy. There is a brick built barbecue area adjacent to the swimming pool. There is a private swimming pool (8x4m) with a large terraced area on which to lounge, and if it gets too hot for you, you can relax under the shade of the pergola. The terraced area is next to the pool and barbecue so you can keep an eye on the kids whilst being able to relax at the same time.

  • As well as the above rates there is an additional charge of £100 to be paid for cleaning etc after you leave. We do, however, request that you leave the villa in a reasonably tidy condition on departure.

    There is also a supplementary charge of £100 if the chalet is used during your stay.
  • There will be a £200 security deposit returnable at the end of your stay to cover the costs of any damage or breakages (small breakages will not be deducted)

Notes: The accommodation is split into the villa (5 beds, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area and kitchen). The chalet has 2 en-suite bedrooms and a smaller kitchen area which contains its own basin, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and a large lounge area with a dining area, television, DVD player (satellite is available in the main villa only). The chalet can be used as a fully operational separate living area and has its own facilities in that respect. It is ideal for 2 or more families as they can holiday together without being in each other's pockets. The seating and dining numbers above are based on both the chalet and the main villa space.

Lovely villa - better than the photos

We were delighted with all aspects of the villa. It was ideal for our group which was made up of four small families. We found that the villa and the chalet exceeded our expectations and it looked even better in reality than it did on the internet photos. In particular the pool /sunbathing area was so much more attractive than the internet photograph. We were also delighted to find so many seating areas in the garden. The planting that had been done in the garden was very attractive and we appreciated the huge area at our disposal. We have been doing villa holidays for many years and and yours was by far the best equipped for a large party (except for a coffee- making machine which we were happy to provide). Brian and Mike, next door, were extremely helpful and attended swiftly to any concerns we might have.
All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to other holiday makers.
In addition, my ongoing communications with yourself have been very useful and I appreciate everything you have done to make our stay at the villa as pleasant as it turned out be
