This brand new villa in Gran Alacant has a large private swimming pool with sunloungers and great terraces. There is lots of outdoor space for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large roof top solarium which has stunning views. The beach is 25 minutes walk. Bars, shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets are 10 minutes walk. Alicante Airport is 10 minutes drive. This villa is in a perfect location for families or couples. There is a wind-out awning at the poolside over the stone-cast table and benches to give shade from the midday sun. A stone barbeque is situated in the pool area for those who like to cook outdoors. There is a shower provided at the poolside.

The villa is 10 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, Murcia Airport is approximately 1 hours drive. Alicante City Centre is 15 minutes drive. The villa itself is a 25 minute walk from the beach. There are lots of bars, shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. The Spanish town of Santa Pola is 10 minutes drive away. Elche is 20 minutes drive. The villa is in a great location for those who wish to chill out or those who want to hit the city life of Alicante, Elche or even Torrevieja which are great for shopping and late nights / early mornings!! For children there is the Rio Safari Park, go-karts, Pola Park (funfair), Water Parks. Benidorm and Terra Mitica are a little less than an hour's drive away.

Location: Gran Alacant is situated 10 minutes from Alicante Airport. It is a great location for families and couples alike. The beach is a 25 minute walk. A car is not an absolute necessity as bars, shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets are all in walking distance. However, for those who wish to explore the coast and travel inland to explore a little more of Spain then a car is recommended. Transfers from Alicante Airport Airport can be arranged. Car hire can be arranged from the Airport or to be collected during your holiday.

For the children: This is a great location for children. If they wish to leave the large private swimming pool then there is plenty to keep them entertained. The Rio Safari Park between Elche and Santa Pola is about a 10 minute drive. There are lots of water parks in the area, the 2 biggest being Aqualandia at Benidorm and Aquapolis at Torrevieja. There are smaller water parks also in the area. There are lots of go-karting tracks within 10 to 15 minutes drive. For the smaller children Pola Park (10 minutes drive) is a must, it is a funfair. You buy a wrist band for approximately 10 Euros and they can have fun all night and for the adults there are lots of bars and restaurants. This is a must for those with children, really good value for money. Terra Mitica and Mundomar at Benidorm are less than an hour away.

Golf: For golf lovers there are lots of golf courses in Alicante, Quesada, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campomoar to name but a few.

This year was the second time we have stayed at this villa.
It is very well set out for a large group and has excellent facilities for self catering. There are three dinning areas ,one by the pool ,one on the front terrace and also inside so plenty to choose from . The pool is very large and well maintained with an excellent bbq area .There are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and a childrens park was just being completed over the road from the villa .
We will deffinately return as it was an allround excellent holiday the owner is very helpfully and the resident nieghbours are great.

This is a fab villa. Great for families. a car is recommended not just for people staying in this villa but the area there is so much to see and do within 25-30 mins drive of this villa a car is so handy. Very well equipped villa there is everything you need. Nice bars near by too.And the pool in fabulous. THe only thing is I never got my deposit back off the owners and they won't reply to my emails now.Other than that 5 star villa

I took over the management of the bookings/running of the above property on the 19th of December 2007.
I also cannot contact the previous management people.
Elaine has moved back to the UK and has nothing to do with properties here in Spain.

I therefore cannot help you in your quest for your deposit returning to you,but can confirm if you were to book again in the future to stay at the villa you deposit will be returned by me by bank transfer as I do with all our other client.
