Notes to the rental rates

  • Discount is available for longer periods of rent.
    Where a reservation is made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental is due to confirm the reservation within 7 days of provisional booking. The balance of the reservation including a deposit against damage and breakages is required not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival to confirm the reservation. Where a reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the entire rental fee plus the deposit against damage is due within 7 days of the provisional booking. Rental deposits & reservation fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • The Client must obtain comprehensive insurance cover. The owners cannot be held liable for cancellations, injury, loss, damage, delay, expense or inconvenience of any kind or any cause whatsoever or howsoever arising. Whether or not within their reasonable control or that of their agent. In the event of cancellation by ourselves, we will refund all monies paid.
    The owners reserve the right to charge clients for breakages, damage or loss to property and contents caused by the clients and to modify or withdraw any booking and cannot be held liable for any loss, expense, inconvenience or claim arising there from.
  • Reservations are for a maximum of 10 people plus a child under 3 years of age who can sleep in a cot.
    We reserve the right to refuse any reservation or cancel any reservation previously made whether paid for or not. In such an event, our liability to the client shall be for any booking fees already paid.

Living Room: A large well presented room with open fireplace tastefully with TV,SAT, DVD, Video and Stereo. Dining Area: The dining room is well situated and the dining table will sit eight people comfortably. Kitchen: A spacious attractive room, it comes fully equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, electric hob and fan oven with rotisserie, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and all other usual kitchen utensils. Master bedroom: There are four spacious double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. The 1st floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, a dressing room and patio doors leading to the roof terrace. The bathroom has two doors and can be used either as an en-suite to the master bedroom or used by both 1st floor bedrooms. The three other bedrooms have twin beds and ample wardrobe space. There is further full bathroom on the ground floor.

Outside the villa

ROOF TERRACE: This can be accessed from a door at the top of the stairs or from the master bedroom. It is very large, extrenmely private and not overlooked with views over the orange, lemon, almond and olive groves leading to the salt lakes and ocean. COVERED TERRACE: The villa lends itself to outdoor living with a covered and shaded terrace with a large patio table overlooking the pool. A few steps down from the covered terrace is the private 10 x 5m pool, which can be illuminated at night. There is ample paved sunbathing area and a shower.

Costa Blanca has a relaxed and historic character. Many people are attracted by the superb golfing facilities (4 within a 10 minute drive) others by the sunshine this area boasts, a micro climate with only 10 days of rain a year.
