This beautiful, newly refurbished villa is set in the prime location on Albir, Alfaz del pi. It is walking distance to all bars and restaurants offering local and international cuisine. It has its own secluded pool with a BBQ area and great terrace with sea views. It has been refurbished to top quality. 5min drive to beautiful beaches. Less than ten minutes away you have Terraitica Theme Park (Disney style), Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Wildlife (dolphins etc). 2 min walk from villa there is a new established park with tapas bar, lakes play areas for the kids etc. 15 min drive you have the waterfalls at Algar which is a must. 5min walk and you are in the town of Alfaz del Pi where is has everything you need. Alicante Airport is only 40min drive and Valencia is 1 hour 10 min. A new 18 hole championship golf course just 5min drive away. A new championship golf course has just been built 5 minutes drive.
