Alfaz del Pi is a small, friendly, family resort just south of Altea, nearest beach being the beautiful Albir, with its palm lined promenade and mouth watering restaurants and bars for you to sample. The area itself has a fantastic selection of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants alongside fabulous outdoor activities to appeal to the whole family. Soak up the traditional architecture, explore the colourful markets or relax on the endless beaches. The theme parks 'Terra Mitica', ‘Terra Natura’ and the amazing water park “Aqualandia” are just a short trip away - a must for any age with its heart stopping rides and breathtaking scenery. The Costa Blanca is also renowned for its award winning Golf Courses, some being within easy driving distance from the Villa. Details of all local attractions and places of interest are held at the Villa for your information. Calpe town with its long sandy beach is 20 mins to the north of the villa, Benidorm beach is 20 mins to the south.

To secure your booking for Villa El Romero a 50% deposit of your full holiday cost is payable immediately, the remainder of your balance to be settled 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A breakages security deposit is also required, to be included in your final payment, once the villa has been checked after your departure a cheque will be sent to the address you supply on your booking form. Please always purchase Travel Insurance for your stay at Villa El Romero, it is very important that you have cover for medical expenses or loss of items. The owners of Villa El Romero accept no responsibility for injury or loss of items whilst clients are using the villa. All safety procedures should be adhered to during your stay i.e. after using pools do not enter villa with wet feet, children monitored at all times around pools and in play areas. Diving in pools is not recommended. No climbing on walls, balustrades or terraces. Use plastic glasses etc around pool area

Enjoy a barbeque on one of two terraces, either by the large pool overlooking the mountains or the smaller round pool on another private terrace. There is also a large communal pool, tennis courts, bar and restaurant available, just a 5 minute walk away. There is 1 highchair and 1 travel cot already at the villa but hiring of further cots/highchairs/baby equipment can be arranged. There are air conditioning units in some rooms along with fans to keep you cool during the summer months. Heating is in the form of climate control units, 3 wood burning fires and electric radiators. In the large airy lounge you will find a TV along with DVD's and videos, if you wish to bring along your laptop we can also arrange access to the internet. Also located at the villa is a play area for the children which includes swings. All PRICES INCLUDE Linen and towels, cleaning both before & after your holiday.
