Beautiful villa in Albir.
Villa Catalina is a beautiful new property, built in 2000. There are two floors, on the ground floor there's a large living / dining room, equipped with full satellite UK TV system, a fully fitted kitchen, with gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher and a twin bedroom with a full shower room. Leading off the lounge is a large patio with a full size barbecue area complete with fridge and gas oven and patio furniture. There's a utility room with a large chest freezer and washing machine. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one king size en suite bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool and one twin bedroom and another king size bedroom and another full size bathroom. The villa has full central heating & air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with poolside shower, loungers and pool furniture. The villa has protective decorative steel window bars & an alarm system. The villa is completely private & has a beautiful garden.
