PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE VILLA. The location is excellent as it is on the edge of Benidorm, just a 20-minute walk to the resort or 5 mins in the car. A bus also stops close by & runs every half hour at a cost of 40p, a late night Taxi is 6 Euros. The Villa has totally private, secluded grounds & a private pool with an outside shower room & toilet . This is totally enclosed at the bottom of the plot and is very suitable for young children. We have just laid astro turf beyond the pool next to the summer kitchen. The main bedroom has an en suite with twin sinks and bath/shower. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower with constant hot water from a gas boiler & central heating. The lounge/dining room is extremely large & has TV with Satellite, DVD & Video. Notes to the rental rates

• We have held the price for the Summer 2008 at last years rates. We offer a discount of 10% for 2 weeks booked consecutively. We have also now employed the services of an official management Company in the resort to be available for additional services as you will find that some accomodation only offers a cleaner and when you get a problem no on is there to help. Please contact me for further information.
  We accept euros as well as Pounds. A refundable deposit of 400 Euros or £300 is required. A higher deposit may be required for all male/female parties.
  The price includes all services Gas, Water and Electricity.
  
• Rates are for the Villa not per person with a 25% deposit payable at time of booking.
  THERE IS HIGHER RENTAL COST IN WINTER DUE TO COST OF CENTRAL HEATING DURING COLD MONTH SORRY BUT ITS THE PRICE OF GAS WHICH HAS RISEN DRAMATICALLY.
  
• Airport transfers can be arranged on request.

Please note that If the time that you would like to book the villa is with-in 2 weeks and the villa is free, e mail me to find out what special rates we can give you!! We also can offer special rates for long winter lets. We now have a private swimming pool to the villa which can be heated between Easter and September at an extra cost. We have just fitted central heating which makes renting the villa in Winter a much nicer experience.

The Area

Benidorm hosts a twice-weekly market on Wed/Sun and has some 1000 bars and restaurants within a square mile. The old Town in the centre is very pretty and offers typical Spanish cuisine while the Levante side has a wide selection of British entertainments via bars and clubs. Nearby is the charming seaside town of Altea with its many fine restaurants and evening activity in the church plaza above the town. Altea has an excellent market day along the beach on Tuesdays. Alfaz del Pi offers good shopping including a Friday market. Its active cultural centre includes an annual film festival in July. Albir, the beach of Alfaz, now boasts a number of excellent restaurants and is quieter than most of the coastal towns. Numerous nearby roads take one to scenic views and mountain villages many with excellent country restaurants.

Places to visit There are many places to visit either by car or by coach excursion including. The new Terra Mitica (Disney Style) theme park at Benidorm. Benidorms extensive shopping and night life. Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel. Waterfalls at Bolulla. Guadalest - the village on a rock. Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. The Benidorm Palace - superb show with dinner. Mundomar - sea world. Aqualandia - water park and no doubt you will find more!
