Kitchen with microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher & 5 stage purifier for drinking water. Master double bedroom with en-suite (bath, shower, toilet, bidet, sink & vanity unit) has ample wardrobe space & patio doors leading to covered terrace. Further double bedroom with dresser and final bedroom with bunk beds & tall chest of drawers. Bathroom containing shower/steam cabinet, toilet, sink & vanity unit. Covered terrace area with conservatory furniture, open terrace area with BBQ & seating for 6, Andalucian-style dining area with toldo. Large 12x6m pool, spacious sun terraces & shaded garden with palm trees and lemon trees. Below the villa is a 2 bed apartment (1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) washing machine. This extends the sleeping accommodation to 10 & is available at an additional cost.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Alfaz del Pi, with its weekly market, numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is at Albir, a lively and attractive seaside area with many pavement cafes and restaurants that is just three and a half miles from the villa. Nearby Benidorm hosts a twice-weekly market on Wed/Sun and has some 1,000 bars and restaurants within a square mile. Benidorm old town in the centre is very pretty and offers typical Spanish cuisine while the Levante side has a wide selection of British entertainment bars and clubs. The Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks are nearby, and the Aqualandia water park and Mundomar water world, just a short drive away. Local taxis are readily available and the nearest railway station is just a mile and a quarter away with trains running regularly between Alicante and Denia. To benefit most from this area, a car is recommended.

Additional information about rental rates

  • These rental rates are for the main villa only.
    Rates include linen and towels (except beach towels), gas, electricity, water, garden and pool maintenance and local representation.
    A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable at time of booking to secure your reservation, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A £200 security deposit is payable with the final balance and this will be refunded by cheque approx 1 week after your return, except where excessive cleaning has been required or where breakages have occurred.
    The apartment is available, if required, at an additional £200 per week (£300 per week in July/August). It is not let seperately.
  • Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, although there may be some flexibility in this.
    The accommodation will be available after 4.30pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10.30am on departure day.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: La Nucia is in the centre of the Marina Baixa district characterized by its ‘mountains rising up from the sea’. The coastal resorts of Altea, Alfaz del Pi and Benidorm are about 5-15 minutes drive away, and behind us the road takes you into the spectacular inland mountain touring routes of the Sierra Aitana with their picturesque small towns and villages, and well known tourist destinations such as Guadalest. There are markets in the area on every day of the week, ranging from an impressive market in Benidorm every Wednesday to the smaller flea market in La Nucia every Sunday. The Terra Mitica theme park is nearby along with the Terra Natura nature park. Aqualandia water park and Mundomar are just a short drive away.

The Surrounding Area : Golf: Bonalba Golf, Alicante Golf Course, San Juan. Attractions: Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Nature park, Aqualandia Water Park, Benidorm Palace.

Golf: Situated only 5 min drive away is the development of two fantastic new 18 hole golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus. The courses are under development by Xeresa Golf SA, and will include one championship course, one executive course and a golf school. People are playing on these now!!
