This lovely villa is situated in the urbanisation Buena Vista at approx. 500 m from the sea (little bay of El Abogat). The villa consists of two individual apartments. Ground floor with living room. Modern open kitchen with oven, large fridge, dishwasher. Double bedroom, shower room. Bedroom with two twin beds. At the back of the villa is the 4th bedroom, only reachable from outside. Toilet only and place for extra bed. Inside stairs to the upper floor. Large living and dining area. Modern fitted kitchen with oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Double bedroom. Complete bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Shower room with shower and toilet. Big plot. Completely fenced garden. Private pool 8 x 5 m. Large pool terrace with fitted barbecue. The villa can take a maximum of 9 adults. Moraira village is at approx 4 km. At 500m is one of the various bays along the coastal road with pebble beach. Available out of season on request. It has Central Heating.

  • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
  • Bed linen, towels, bath mats, electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. Beds are made upon arrival. A linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office. Beds made.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
