Located in an area of outstanding beauty, green and mountainous and situated in peaceful surroundings with pleasant views. Only 10 minutes from Moraira by car and 15 minutes from Calpe. Set on two levels with steps up to the main entrance. It is spacious and very comfortably furnished. The main floor comprises a sitting room with TV complete with log burner plus a put up bed, dining room, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and cooker, bathroom with a bath and shower facility. There is also a glassed in veranda ideal for taking in the views over breakfast! There are three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds on the main floor and another large twin bedded room on the lower floor. The dining room has patio doors opening on one side to the swimming pool which is 10m x 6m and a barbecue area. Another patio is situated on the other side of the dining room which is more shady.

Moriara: Moriara is a pleasant unspoilt coastal town surrounded by the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. It is situated between Alicante and Valencia Airports, both of which are an hours drive away. The whole area remains relatively unspoilt and it maintains a relaxed atmosphere. There are several larger resorts nearby worth visiting - Altea, Benidowm, Javea and Denia (from Denia you can take boats to the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca).

Car Hire: Car hire can be arranged with reliable local firm at very competitive rates.

Entertainment: Local larger towns provide night time entertainment shows, water parks and Terra Mitica theme park.

a very nice quiet area. villa is very good for a relaxing holiday with a very large pool [very deep] to enjoy the sun. it was very warm when we were here, villa has all you need a car is a must.

This villa was just as the title discirbes. It was in a very quiet area (so you will need a car) but then only a short drive to the local town and Calpe which we visited which has a beautiful beach. It is nice and tidy and comes with a very large and deep pool which was ample for the 4 of us. Local shops are a short drive away which supplied us with our weekend food and beverages. The owners were very accomodating as we arrived late so there was milk, bread etc placed in the villa for us in the morning.

We had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate in returning in the future.
