The Villa Las Aves is a secluded and peaceful holiday home surrounded by terraced vineyards and fruit orchards and at the end of a long private drive. The glorious beaches of Moraira and Calpe are barely 20 minutes away as are countless smaller beaches. Benissa is an attractive typical Spanish town with a bustling open-air Saturday market. Benissa has a narrow gauge railway running to Denia in the north and Alicante in the south. A restaurant listing is provided to clients (we now have over 6 Michelin stars in the immediate area). A car is essential (very special competitive car-hire rates are available to us via the region's No.1 company - please ask for tariffs before booking). The property is available for winter letting with electric (oil radiators) - meter read and charged at cost. Linen (except beach towels) is supplied and changed weekly. The property is owner-controlled at all times.

Golf & other features ::
The villa is also ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Jávea GC. is less than 20 minutes away. A 9-hole course, which is more difficult than it looks, has superb views of the 'landmark' mountain, Montgó, dominating Jávea (Green fees approx. Euros 70). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.30 minutes) new course at Oliva (18-hole, designed by Seve Ballesteros) and just south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler. The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down the A7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (swim-park; website available on request) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing.
