Notes to the rental rates
- Inclusions - To provide you with peace of mind, our pricing includes all anticipated charges ie air-conditioning, weekly linen and towel change, weekly refresher clean, departure clean and energy costs. The Swimming Pool can be heated on request at a supplement of £75 per week. Rental period - Rentals are generally Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. Variable rental periods, short breaks and long weekends are available on request depending on availability and season - to allow you to make the most of the off-peak pricing of the many low cost airlines flying into Alicante and Valencia. Christmas package is available with as much or as little help as you like to ensure you enjoy the Festive season (including shopping, restaurant reservations, decorations). 2009 Prices are available on request.
- A booking form and terms and conditions will be forwarded for completion along with payment details. 25% deposit will be requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 10 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Deposit - A security deposit of £250 will be requested at the time of booking which will be refunded in full upon confirmation from our manager post your departure of no damage (normal wear and tear excepted), no pets, no smoking. Payment can be made in either GBP or Euro.

Cumbre del Sol
Described as the 'Balcony of the Mediterranean', the extraordinary location of La Cumbre del Sol offers spectacular and panoramic views from points rising to up to 300m above sea level. Views encompass several mountain ranges including the famous Montgo ('Elephant Mountain'), now a nature reserve, and the Bernia mountains, with seascapes picking out the Cape de la Nao - the most easterly point of Spain - and the dramatic Ifach Rock at Calpe. Facilities available on Cumbre del Sol include a supermarket, restaurants, bars, cafes, newsagent, chemist, bank, horse-riding, tennis and private beach - some of the facilities are within walking distance of the Villa.

Moraira – 10 minutes to this beautiful, cosmopolitan town with 2 beaches, a lovely Yacht Marina and a plethora of restaurants and charming street cafés. Javea - 10 minutes to this popular beach resort with extensive sandy beaches. Denia – 20 minutes away is this traditional Spanish town with Castle, fishing port, superb sand beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and excellent golf. Jalon - approximately 20 mins drive inland takes you into the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys. The Jalon region is internationally renowned for the production of excellent table wines, orange and lemon groves. Valencia - just over an hour to this stylishly re-generated city, world famous for it's Oceanographic, and hosting the 32nd & 33rd America's Cup. Benidorm - 35 mins drive south, Benidorm, now a renovated area with a natural mix of old and new, has a great deal to offer - 'Aqualandia' Waterpark, Benidorm Palace, and 'Terra Mitica' - Spain’s worthy adversary to Disneyland Paris.

Golfing - Our local Villa Manager is able to pre-book golf tee times at a number of local courses including the following: 10 minutes - Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea, is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. 20 minutes - La Sella Golf Club is 20 minutes drive towards Denia, in the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres and is part of the Marriott La Sella Resort and Spa complex - with excellent spa treatments available on prior booking. 30 minutes - Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This course has 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres.
