The property sleeps 6. A secluded villa with private swimming pool and gardens. This privately owned well appointed villa is situated in an area of stunning natural beauty. There is ample living accommodation with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), living and dining areas. Private swimming pool with two sun terraces, sunbeds, garden furniture and part shaded naya with bbq oven for outdoor dining.

Ideally located within easy access to the coastal resorts of Javea with excellent beaches and water sports and Moraira, with its own marina and sandy beaches. For the golfing enthusiasts among you there are several well-established courses in the region. The villa is generously equipped and ideally suited to those wishing to enjoy the comforts of home in a peaceful location, however the villa is less than 10 minutes drive away from all the benefits of nearby lively resorts. Most local towns have weekly markets with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The lively resort of Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive with Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks for the more adventurous. The villa is about 50 minutes drive north from Alicante airport and 75 minutes drive south from Valencia airport.

The layout description was accurate and the directions to the property were excellent. The view from the villa was amazing and exactly as described.
The property was clean and well maintained.
The owner provided a friendly and welcoming service and the booking off the villa although last minute was effortless
I would willingly recommend this villa for anyone who wished to truly relax and recharge their batteries.
The location is central to local attractions and all the required amenities.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

WONDERFUL PEACEFUL HOLIDAY

We have had two fantastic weeks at Casa Almendra. The property was well maintained,clean, tidy and welcoming. The location is superb with wonderful views over the open countryside. Andrew provided a friendly first class service from the moment we enquired about the villa. We were fortunate to be there when Moraira and Benitachell both celebrated their festival weeks, with lots of fireworks, parades, and local entertainment. Moraira has fantastic restaurants and local street markets every night. The weather was extremely warm - which made relaxing by the pool more enjoyable. We used the BBQ most nights and enjoyed having a glass or two of wine while "watching the world go by". We have been to the area before and all agree that Casa Almendra is the best villa that we have stayed in. We would certainly have no hestitation in recommending the villa to our friends and hopefully we will be able to return for another fantastic holiday in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
