This Villa was completed in 2003 and is fully equipped with all the luxuries you require and is arranged on 2 levels. Upstairs consists of a large living room and dining room, American style kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Double and 2 singles) and a large shower room. Through sliding glass doors there is an attractive covered terrace area with dining table and chairs, leading down onto the pool level. An internal staircase leads downstairs to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Outside there is a large area for sunbathing situated around a rectangular pool (8x4 Metres) it has roman steps to enter. Additionally, the pool is floodlit for night use. There is also an external shower with hot and cold water and WC with wash-hand basin. The poolside area has its own dining table and chairs and a portable gas BBQ. Following the external steps to the lower garden leads to the utility room and rotary dryer. Satellite TV with 20 channels.

Notes to the rental rates

• * Rental rates include a 'Welcome Pack', weekly sheet change and cleaning at the end of your stay.
  * Towels are provided for the bathrooms only. Clients will require their own towels for around the pool and for use on the beach.
  * A washing machine is available in a separate Utility Room for your use.
  * Clients are required to remove all rubbish and place crockery in the dishwasher before departure. An ironing board and iron is available.
  * There are 6 beach chairs available for client use and a selection of buckets and spades and children's toys for use on the beach also.
  * The Villa has under floor heating and is suitable for winter lets.
  * There is a supplementary charge of £20 per week for Air Conditioning / Heating, if you require that facility. N.B. Bed 3 is quite spacious - 20 Sq m.
  * Long Term Lets are available, dates and prices negotiable with owner.
  * A Safe for clients use is available when rented in 3 Bedroom configuration.
  
• * A 30% non-returnable deposit is required on booking and the full amount is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. At this point a £150 Bond against damage will be required by Cheque. This will be returned immediately after cleaning and an inventory check has been carried out.

• * Telephone for slightly reduced rates for use of the Villa in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom configuration. Discounts only usually available during off-peak periods and for short notice bookings. When used in this way all accommodation is on one floor and all amenities remain available.
  * Rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum period of 7 days. This can be flexible outside of peak periods and will depend on availability and the discretion of the owner.

The local beach at the Arenal (JAVEA) is an European Community (EU) rated 'Blue Flag' beach and has the added safety of a Red Cross Patrol during the summer.

Golf Information:

There are several Golf Courses within 20min drive from the Villa. The closest of which is the Javea course which can be seen from the terrace of the Villa. There is a championship course 15 min drive away called La Sella, par 72, 6289 yds which is very popular despite the cost of €70 for 18 holes and the need to book in advance. Green Fees at other courses largely depend on the quality of the course and start from €35. A Half hour drive to the north is the Oliva Nova Golf Club which was designed by Seve Ballesteros, 18 holes 7051yds .
