Located in the new zone of Magnolias on the Cumbre del Sol. This is situated on the hill top between Moraira and Javea with good views over the sea and Calpe Rock. There are secluded beaches nearby as well as supermarket, bank, shops, restaurants and bars. Moraira is a short drive away as well as the village of El Portet where there are many good shops, restaurants, bars and Tapas Bars. There are golf courses and horse riding nearby. There is a shopping complex within walking distance which also has a Chinese restaurant, Tapas bar, Irish Pub and another bar with nightclub.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A provisional booking can be made either by email or by telephone. This will be held for an agreed period of time and a booking form shall be sent out and when this is returned with a 20% deposit the booking will be confirmed.
    A £200 per week refundable deposit will be charged prior to booking to cover any damages. Published rental charges for the periods 10th July to 28th August 2010 include use of the pool heating system. Additional costs for pool heating for all other periods are applicable to published charges. These costs can be confirmed on request. Pool heating is not available from November until March. The balance of payment will be due 8 weeks prior to departure. Two sets of keys are sent to the party leaders address and inventory deposit will be returned when keys are posted back to UK address.

Four of the bedrooms are located on the first floor which are reached by a stair case and there are three small steps from the parking area to the pool area. There is a covered car port to accommodate two vehicles. The pool and terrace is all on one level with no steps. There is a full sky sports movie and family package

Shopping and Restaurants: The new shopping complex of around 40 units has been built within walking distance of the villa. There are several restaurants and include the Shan Hai Chinese restaurant which also does Thai and Japanese dishes. A more formal restaurant and two tapas bars with food. There is also a cabaret bar and an Irish Pub. There is a hairdresser and beauty parlour. The main supermarket is on the Cumbre Del Sol and is called Pepe la Sal which has a communal pool and bar and restaurant adjacent to it. There is a new Mercadona which has a wonderful fresh fish counter at the entrance to Cumbre Del Sol.

Golf: Local golf in Moraira and Javea.
