A brand new property, Villa Lodavica has been built to a high specification and furnishings are of a very high standard. Occupying an elevated position it is south facing with panoramic views. The sun terrace is newly landscaped with mature palm trees and features a 10 x 5 metre pool with roman steps and slide. There are reclining sunbeds for all occupants together with a BBQ area and seating for 10 people. The south facing covered naya provides welcome shade, where there is a further dining area for 10 people. The villa is on two floors with the terrace floor being accessed from the naya steps and provides two bedrooms, shower room and kitchenette. This enables the villa to be for 6 or 10 people and is ideal for two families sharing. Please note air-con is only in the master bedroom.

Benitachell, about 8 kms from Moraira, offers all local amenities including supermarkets, pharmacy, tobac, weekly Wednesday market, cash point, butchers and bakers. For a wider choice and for super restaurants visit Moraira. If offers a lovely beach, fabulous restaurants, harbour and quaint shopping area. Javea, about 20 mins drive away offers another beach, golf and tennis and further restaurants and shops. Terra Mitica theme park is 30 mins drive away as are the coastal towns of Denia and Calpe.
