Notes to the rental rates

  • To reserve your desired holiday dates please email to confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name & a deposit payment of 20% of the cost is due immediately (non-refundable). Eight weeks prior to departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of £200 is then due. On return from your holiday & given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is returned in full.
    Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside Villa.

Went for a two week relaxing break and that's just what we did. Great position with lovely Moraira just a couple of minutes away (fantastic restaurants). Will definitely be going back!
