VERY LOW PRICES - CHECK IT OUT Spain - in Costa Blanca between the town of Moraira and Javea near Benitachell. This FABULOUSLY spacious and luxurious property is situated on a very sunny hillside in Cumbre Del Sol . The interiors have been furnished in an elegant, HIGH standard (as it was my home) yet relaxed in style. The villa is ideal for family groups with children or just a couple looking for that very special private holiday. The private swimming pool is furnished with seating, dining area and sunbeds. The beach less than 2 minutes drive away, supermaket 2 mins drive and many bars and restaurants in the main towns of Moraira and Javea. c/h for winter nights and a/c for the long summer days is available on request. If you prefer a chilling out holiday, just relax by the beautiful pool and watch the sun go down. Car is a necessity, change over day Sat-Sat. Terra Mitica, the theme park attraction, is 25 minutes drive away, with Sea World and Benidorms nightlife within easy reach.

MORAIRA, originally a small fishing village within the municipality of Teulada, has pleasantly grown into a holiday resort within the last 25 years. The centre, with its small and colourful Main Street, still retains much of the original character and atmosphere. The geographical features provide an almost perfect location as the valley, which descends down to Moraira beach, is the meeting point of several mountain streams which continue to run out to sea, along the side of the beach itself, even during the hottest and driest August weather Jávea, is a town of great beauty, magical landscapes, a haven of peace and serenity. Here, Nature has been so generous and splendid that it is difficult to find a similar place. The sea is pure blue, clean and revealing. The mountain, washed by the Mediterranean sea, offers us lush vegetation and many local species of flora and fauna.

You will need to complete a booking form to confirm the dates you require. At this time you will need to pay a 30% deposit, the remainder is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 8 weeks of departure full payment is required. There is a £100 Damage Deposit that is refunded after your return.
Saturday is the changeover day. Arrival after 4pm, departure before 10am.
