Superb out of season villa

Everything about the villa was exactly as described and the owners were communicative and helpful, as were the local agents.
Yes the villa is 10years old and there are 1 or 2 bits of wear but nothing detrimental and on the whole in very good and cared for condition.
Would have no reservations about recommending to anyone, certainly out of high season when we went. Do not know how the local roads and facilities would cope in summer when the vast number of villas being built "over the hill" are all occupied.
The downstairs appartment has one small drawback, anyone using the 2nd bedroom has to go through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom/kitchen which may make it unsuitable for some groups.
Apart from this the vast range of attractions, beaches, restaurants etc in the near and intermediate distance make for a base that will suite most tastes and pockets.As indicated above would not hesitate to recommend and am looking forward to a return trip later next year.
