A luxury 2 storey, 3 bedded villa sleeping 6 adults with fantastic views. There is 1 big double bedroom with en suite bath/shower room and balcony upstairs. 2 spacious twin bedrooms downstairs with a large shower room and a separate cloakroom. The villa is available for rental all year round. The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned in the summer and the villa has central heating with log burner for cosy winter nights. The spacious villa is ideal for family self-catering holidays as the modern kitchen is well equipped and there is a outside BBQ also. The villa is close to local supermarket, bakery etc. and is conveniently situated between the Javea & Moraira beaches which both have an array of fantastic restaurants and bars to suit everyone's taste on a family self-catering holiday. Enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the extensive terraces beside the private pool. Other features incl. TV DVD, laundry room, games den, carport, pretty gardens and heated pool (at extra charge).

The villa is in a great location with lovely views across the valley. We had the pool heated which was really nice for swimming in the evenings.
The villa was clean and very airy. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great, and we loved the 3 bathrooms.
We used the maps in the villa to decide where we were going that day. Went to resturants in Morira and Jaeva, both had sandy beaches.
The best beach for us was Moriag, which was stoney (we don't like sand) but had breathtaking views, with clear blue water.
We would definately recommend this.

Great views, beautiful location.
Villa excellent, clean and spacious, plenty of bathrooms. Air conditioning in the bedroom a god send!!! We had the pool heated which was lovely for swimming in the evenings.
