This beautiful 2 Bed detached Villa is situated just outside the Spanish town of Benitachell, in the residential area of Los Molinas. The property boasts stunning views of countryside and coastline. It is just 5 Minutes away from Javea golf club, and 10 minutes drive equal distance to Moraira, and Javea. It can be reach by car from both Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport. It is just a 25 Minute drive to Benidorm.

Compact but beautifully maintained

This Villa is in a beautiful location, but a car is definetly needed. It is central for many locations such as Moraira, Denia, Javea and Calpe. Having stayed in the area before, the Villa has lots of charm and plenty of space. Small kitchen, but everything you could wish for is in there, also lovely sized bedrooms. Everywhere was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Pool went from shallow to deep quite quickly but lots of things to play in the pool with. Thanks to you both for letting us share your second home!

Love this setting, total tranquillity

The villa is very nice and comfortable and well maintained, the views are just amazing and the garden is very well maintained. There was nothing more I could have asked for. The area is very quiet and peaceful and resorts were only 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Communications were superb. Have recommended the property to friends and neighbours. This is a lovely part of Spain.
