The villa is located on the residential site of San Jose IV at Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa. There is parking for two cars, a balcony on the main bedroom, a large roof top solarium with sun loungers,patio table with chairs and barbecue. Inside accommodation consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, a cloakroom, kitchen, lounge/dining room. It is a well equipped villa and suitable for family holidays or golfing breaks. The shared swimming pool is across the road, opposite the villa.The beautiful beaches of Cabo Roig and La Zenia are within 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. There are shops, bars and restaurants on the main N332 coastal road,within walking distance of the villa. Three championship golf courses are within a ten minute car drive. The lively town of Torrevieja, with its shops, restaurants, bars and interesting seafront/harbour is about 4 Km away,a 15 minute drive. There is also an abundance of street markets in the local area. It is a very nice location ideal for relaxation.

The property is located on a quiet urbanisation, it is very well situated for beaches, golf, water sports, go karts, shops, markets or just relaxing. The closest beach is Cabo Roig, which is ideal for visiting with young children and there are at least seven other beaches within a 10 minute drive. The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier), a 20 minute drive away, or Alicante, approx 40 minutes drive. Three golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. If you like old towns and ports it is well worth a visit to Cartegena or inland to the old town of Orihuela. There is a theme park approx one hour drive north, just outside Benidorm (terramitica) and a water park in Torrevieja,both worth a day visit with the children. Torrevieja is a lively resort, with many shops and boutiques, several beaches and harbour area.In the evening there is a street market by the port as well as the Friday morning market in the town.You may choose to relax in one of the many restaurants and bars in the town.
