This tastefully furnished villa with private parking sits on 2 levels with roof solarium in the established residential area of La Regia in Cabo Roig. Entry is via the sun terrace and into the bright and spacious lounge/dining room with 3 comfortable settees, dining table and 6 place settings. The large kitchen is more than well equipped to cater for all your needs whilst on holiday. The villa benefits a shower room with toilet on this level. On the upper level are the master and twin bedrooms, both with balcony leading off and the spacious family bathroom with full bath is also on this level. A digital TV system with surround sound, showing all the main channels, movies and Sky sports is installed for your entertainment and there is air conditioning in both bedrooms to ensure a comfortable night´s sleep. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers for you to sunbathe, relax and dine outdoors and the resident's private swimming pool, only a few metres away is a great meeting place.

La Regia is ideally located between the resorts of La Zenia and Cabo Roig and so is within walking distance of all local amenities. La Zenia is approx 10 mns walking distance and provides a large Consum supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars with live entertainment. The Cabo Roig 'stretch' providing a vibrant nightlife with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants with good family entertainment is approx 5 minutes walk away and the fabulous Cabo Roig beach is within 15mns. The local go kart track is a short drive away and near to the fantastic Flamenca Beach commercial centre with 3 floors of shops, restaurants, bars and great family entertainment. The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja with its Aqua Park, fabulous new shopping centre, lovely harbour and promenade with cafe bars and market stalls is a must to visit. If golf is your passion then you´ll love the local courses of Las Ramblas, Campoamar and Villamartin.

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING DEPOSIT
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 55 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are within a 15 minute walk to the lovely Cabo Roig beach. A little further are the beaches of Cala Capitan, Levante, Campoamor and La Zenia The beautiful Mar Menor coastline which stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guadamar and La Marina.

Airlines, transfers, car hire and taxi service: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Golf: Just a short drive from the villa are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. We can arrange for tee times to be booked on your behalf and provide further details of golf courses and prices on request. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course and will need to provide a handicap certificate.

Great house

My family of four stayed here in August 09. The house is set in a narrow street with houses either side, so you could speak to the person in the opposite house, without crossing the road. There are people who live full time in the street who are all very friendly and will give you information on where the local markets are and the nicest beaches to go to. The pool is just a short walk down the street and is lovely again to meet people.
The local beach was about a fifteen minute walk and it is a lovely beach, there is a marina just to the side, so you can go and look at the boats, it is lovely of an evening with the lights around the harbour.
The only downside was where to go and eat, the strip of bars and restaurants were along the N332 dual carriageway, we personally hated it and ate in 6 nights out of our 7.
Overall you are met by a lovely lady called Gina who shows you how everything works. It was clean, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of equipment in the kitchen.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is brilliant and was a lovely temperature, we did not want to get out!

There were brand new sun loungers provided and these were very comfortable and easy to carry down to the pool or to the sun terrace.

The only problem we had was with the air conditioning in the main bedroom but this was going to be looked into. The agent for the villa is very good at checking with you to ensure everything is ok with the stay. They also arranged taxis for the airport transfers which were good and were cheaper than just getting a taxi off the rank at the airport.

We were originally going to hire a car during our stay but there seemed to be little availability in the local area. This did not affect our lovely holiday as it just meant we relaxed more, however, it would have made life a little easier for going to the local supermarkets, which are about 15+ minutes walk away.

The description was very fair. The property managers were great and could sort out any enquiry.

The locality to the 'strip', supermarkets and beach will be beyond most peoples capabilities during the day due to the heat, so a car is recommended. The best supermarket we found was the Carrefour at Torrevieja - huge and had everything you could wish for, cheaper than most of the others too.

The villa itself had more than enough room for the 4 of us, provided a great base to explore, but the N332 in the Alicante direction can and usually is an absolute nightmare.

Th kids loved the pool which is close by, campoamor beach (6km south) and the Aquapolis waterpark.

Would we come back - yes.

This villa is an excellent place to stay. The property was nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. It is ideally situated betweeen La Zenia and Cabo Roig. Everything you could need for a great holiday was provided and the service provided by Gena and Kevin was excellent. We will certainly return and I would recommend this property to everyone.
