Fantastic 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with large private pool and mature gardens. The villa is within easy walking distance (10 min) of the beach and is 5 min walk to the numerous popular restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, banks, etc. of Cabo Roig strip. On the ground floor there is a large terrace overlooking the pool a spacious lounge / diner / kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom plus a large studio apartment which is accessed internally through the main house, plus has its own separate external entrance . Upstairs is a further two more bedrooms (double with private terrace) and twin bedroom plus another bathroom. There is also a third upper terrace which is more shaded from the sun. The house is fully furnished to good comfortable standard (sofa seating for 8), has air conditioning and ceiling fans for keeping cool. There is UK satellite TV installed in the main living room plus a DVD player and CD Music system.

The villa is located on a corner plot overlooking a green area. The neighbouring properties are similar detached villas. The area is very relaxed and peaceful and within easy walking distance of the beach local shops, restaurant, cafes and popular nightlife of the famous cabo strip. From Murcia airport its 20 min in the car and from Alicante its 55 minutes.

Everyone loved the villa, thought it was a great idea, and we may well be doing it again next year, so I might be in touch again. Just to say thank you to you and your team, the villa was everything and more clean spacious. and a great location very quite but only five mins walk from bars and some very good restaurants , the pool was FAB and great to cool down in on the hot days. a super time was had by all and we look forward to booking with you again. we would also recommend this villa to our family and friends.

Jerry, villa was everything promised. Very quiet location yet within 5 minutes walk of Bars & Restuarants.
