Sol Beach is an outstanding south-facing villa in a popular and enjoyable area - a short walk from the beach and five minutes from the local golf course by car. This beautiful residence benefits from unobstructed views to the park, access to a modern residential swimming pool and views of the sea. The villa also boasts a large secluded roof solarium, ideal for sunbathing, evening meals and BBQ's. The villa is tastefully furnished and in excellent condition throughout. DVD player, video player and CD stereo is provided, as is fresh linen and towels (not for the beach). The luxurious master bedroom features a large terrace with balustrade. The main bathroom is on the first floor. There is a shower room with toilet next to the ground floor twin bedroom, which is very accessible for elderly people. Sol Beach has one of the most exotic gardens in the area and has its own off-street parking. LONG LETS AT only 550 euros per month

Great solarium on the top with views of the sea. Beautiful new furniture, terracotta floor, marble staircase. Quiet, safe and peaceful location close to most facilities, accessible by walking or car. New kitchen with modern appliances. Large outdoor swimming pool, very clean, close by to villa. Sleeps up to 8 people. Wonderful garden for siesta.

Wonderful location: This villa is situated in an ideal place for relaxing, eating, family activities, young people and of course the beach. There are a variety of beaches to choose from - all within walking distance. They all have blue flags which confirm that they are of the highest standards - clean and safe. Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive away. It has many restaurants, bars, clubs, markets and shops. Murcia airport is 20 minutes away by car and can be a cheaper alternative to Alicante airport which is 40 minutes away. From Alicante and Torrevieja there are boat services that include journeys to the islands of Palma Mallorca and Ibiza.

The Villa: The villa has all the facilities and high quality to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable. The garden is superbly designed with a fantastic selection of beautiful plants and flowers. The solarium has a marble table for dinner and reading. There is a separate area for sunbathing in private. There are security grilles on the ground floor to ensure a safe and pleasant holiday.

The area: Orihuela costa is a pleasant area that has links with many golf courses and majors towns such as the wonderfully historic Orihuela, Murcia, Torrevieja and Alicante. There won't be a shortage of places to visit. The salt lakes are spectacular - especially with the flamingos. Granada is not too far for those who love to ski and see the mountains. Food and wine is very cheap here and the restaurants are reasonably priced with excellent food - especially fish and seafood.

Golf: The Royal Campoamor Golf course is an 18 hole, par 72 course and is only five minutes away from two other courses, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. They are only a short 15 minute drive away making this property an excellent choice for all year round golfing enthusiasts. From beginners to professional standard golfers will appreciate these world famous challenging courses - including the fabulous club houses and facilities.

Exellent Holiday /Short Break

My wife and I stayed here for our 14th wedding anniversary. Just a short break. But wow what a break! We have travelled to numerous countries including doing the whole Disney thing, but in my mind, in a different way our stay here was just as good and very memorable.
The location was exellent; although we did hire a car there really was no great need to have one because every thing was so close, and I do mean everything.
The villa it's self is exellent, plenty of room to comfortably sleep six, in fact eight could commfortably be accommadated. Everything was
clean and the solarium on the roof was good too for sun bathing and for general good views. There is a good selection of good restaurants within close walking distance, but yet once at the villa you do not get the feel of the usual hustle and bustle you get at other busy holiday locations. The beach is absolutely beautiful and yes you've guesed it, it's only a few minutes away. Much of the time when we book our holiday's we really don't know what we are getting, but I must say that this is one villa and location that you really can't go wrong with. We will be booking again real soon.
