This beautiful detached villa stands on its own grounds with private parking, swimming pool, pool bar, covered garden terrace with pool table and sun terrace with large chimney style BBQ. There are lemon, orange and olive trees in the grassed garden. Tastefully furnished throughout the lounge and dining room is very spacious having 3 comfortable and large settees, dining table with 6 chairs and there is a living flame gas fire for those coller nights. There is a digital TV system and DVD player installed for your entertainment and there is air conditioning throughout for your comfort. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with shelving space. The white streamlined fitted kitchen which leads off to the sun terrace has 2 utility rooms and is fitted with all the amenities you could wish for whilst on holiday. The villa benefits 2 spacious bathrooms with heaters and both have ample storage space. There are plenty of tables, chairs and sun beds for sunbathing, relaxing and dining outdoor.

The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within 10 minutes walking distance The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality and within walking distance are the very popular beaches of Levante and Cabo Roig A little further are Campoamor beach and the large beach at La Zenia You are a short journey from the plaza at Villamartin with over 20 bars and restaurants and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre with 3 floors of shops, restaurants, bars and family entertainment. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find small market stalls along the front. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf with over twenty five courses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost or £200 (whichever is the greater) and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 70 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
    Payments can be made directly through the bank transfer system
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are 10 minutes walking distance to Cala Capitan,Cabo Roig and Levante with Campoamor and La Zenia being a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost.

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers and insurance. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service locally or to other locations during you stay.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. What a find!

Hi Guys,
we visited the villa in Sep '07 and after reading the first review I agree with the comment of photos, they don't really show how great it is. I have lots of good things to say, but mostly the location of the villa. Its on a quiet street with other villas, so you dont have loads of noise, but beach is just round the corner and the night life is a 10min maybe 15mins (with young ones) away. So many 'extras' we added, I think the owner thought long and hard about there guests. Bar-b-que area, massive hit with the hubby, and this was the only place we could find with safety gates round the pool. The information pack was really helpfull, pointed us to the best resturants etc. We headed to a waterpark that was about 1hours drive, but my god was it good, its huge! kinda like disneyland. There is sat. TV which was handy in the early mornings to keep our young happy. And lots of books left by the owner. The pool man comes in early in the morning (i think every 2nd day) to ensure pool is kept clean, and they must use something in the pool that is not the norm, as my sons eyes are normally not great after a while in a pool, but the chloraine or whatever is not strong in it. Really its these little things that made it our holiday. I'm trying to think of any negatives, I suppose one could be the main shower is not a power shower..! Otherwise, for a family villa, this is a bright clean, well equipted house, walking distance to everything, so big thumps up. We would love to come back and have already recommened it to friends.

Excellent service from both Gena & Kevin any problem was sorted within 2 hours (kettle failed & replaced).

Wireless Internet is a must, excellent download speeds.

Pool was maintained and kept clean on a regular basis, area was quiet, peaceful, close to beaches, useful additions Pool table, Games Console for both kids and adults. Accommodation was exactly as previously reported so no surprises or disappoints there.

CRAC security firm responded immediately to the alarm that was inadvertently set off (only the once!)

All in all a very excellent holiday and accommodation. Ken, Sarah & Family.
Owner's Response: Every effort is made to ensure all our guests are comfortable and replacement/repairs of any faulty equipment and dealt with as soon as is reasonably possible.

Beautiful Villa, Relaxing Holiday

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this beautiful villa and it thoroughly lived up to all our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults and we made full use of the villa and it's facilities, especially the pool and the pool table. We mainly stayed in the villa for the whole week, wanting a relaxing break and that is exactly what we got. Gena, Kevin and Sandra were wonderfully helpful from start to finish, as were the taxi drivers who ferried us to and from the airport. Very spacious villa in a beautiful exclusive area. We wandered to the strip on various evenings (15 min walk max), also to the beaches (5 min walk) and the supermarket (3 min walk). It has everything you could need - we will be back. Thank you.

What A Find..

My wife, young daughter and I went on our holiday with our best friends and their young daughter in mid Sept 2008. The first thing we all were ever so impressed about is how safe and secure the villa is, instantly our minds were put at rest. Other people review this villa and I've noticed that all think the same as us, the pictures and description only give a glimpse at just how good this villa actually is. Upon arrival we were all so impressed at how clean, tidy and well maintained the villa was too. The villa is in a nice quiet residential location only short walk is required to a good selection of nearby bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach at Cala Capitan is definately worth a visit too. We would definately recommend this villa to friends and family and anyone considering a nice family holiday.

We visited this villa in May of 2008, Myself Husband and our 3 children, this villa is a great find, I had looked at reviews, and agree that it really doesn't sell it self hard enough, everything we needed was here, a home for home. The villa is a very short family walk to beach, in one direction, and a stroll to the resturants (which are many). We had always rented apartments before, but thought why not go that little extra, I don't think we can ever go back, it was just so relaxing. To chill with a glass of wine beside the pool, (which is gated, a GREAT plus) while kids have a great time, is really our idea of a great holiday. There was a information pack that helped us choose things to do, places to go, plenty of kids games were also left out, and having the odd game of pool was pure bliss. It was clean, well maintained and I have already booked a week for next year. Can't wait to see the sun again!
