Beautiful 3 bed 2 Bathroom Detached Villa, Main terrace has brick built BBQ, further terrace leading off Master bedroom is ideal for private sunbathing. Private pool. 3 mins walk to Calle Capitan Beach as well as walking distance to La Zenia beach (5 mins) and Cabo Roig beach (8 mins). Situated within a quiet residential cul de sac and walking distance to a vast range of shops bars and restaurants. Alicante Airport is 35 min drive and Murcia Airport is a 12 min drive. Torrievieja is the main town with an abundance of shops bars and restaurants, this is a a 10 min drive away. Golfers paradise with a vast choice of golf clubs this is an ideal golfing holiday area. Security/Cancellation deposit of £100 per week is to be sent on confirmation of booking Air-conditioning can be obtained at an extra cost of 40 euros per week Cleaning is to be paid directly to cleaners at an extra cost of 75euros per clean

There was 5 adults on this golfing break and i must say the villa is absolutley stunning. It was more than comfortable for 5 adults plus golf clubs. The villa is located about 15 minute walk away from the Cabo Roig strip and 3 minutes walk to the beach. The pool is excellent and the BBQ is great. The owner was really helpful prior to the booking and the only small issue we had was locating the property from the map we was given. It is actually located on the road facing Chez Felix, hopefully this help anyone who gets slightly lost like us. This is ideal for golfing breaks with at least 6 or 7 courses within 20 minutes car journey 3 of these within 5 minutes. This property is excellent value for money and comes highly recommended. We will definitely be using this for future golfing trips.

The villa was clean and in a nice quiet area very near the beach, it is slightly long walk up to the main strip in cabo roig with two youngs kids but on tyeh flip side the benefit to this is the serenity of the location. We had a great time as a family and we all loved the pool which is bigger than it looks in the photograph. Great value for money and the weather we had was superb also!
Linda the property owner was very accessible via mobile and helpful & friendly before and during our stay.

p.s. Great selection of books in the villa, I read three of them and the Little book of Rangers made me feel at home as a Glasgow Rangers Supporter ;-)
