The front door opens onto an outside balcony/dining area facing the garden, the French windows at the rear open onto a terrace with sun loungers, BBQ & gate leading straight to the nearby communal gardens & swimming pool. The first floor has the main double bedroom with a balcony and a twin bedroom, also a fully fitted family bathroom.

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa in Cabo Roig, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain

Terms & Conditions of Rental:

A Non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 6 weeks, then full payment is required at the time of booking. Rates are weekly during the peak season. Off peak extended rentals are subject to negotiation. (Not July or August). A refundable security deposit of a £100 is required at the time of booking and this is refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property, within two weeks after your return. In consideration of other residents no arrivals please between 11.30pm &10am. A cleaning & laundry charge of 60 Euros is payable locally on arrival. Towels & bed linen are provided but please bring beach towels. If you would like a grocery starter pack, for 15 Euros, please let us know. In consideration for future guests smoking is only permitted outside on the terraces. Airport pickups can be arranged when making a booking, if required. Sorry no pets allowed.
