This newly decorated bright spacious Villa is 15 mins drive from Murcia airport & 35 Minutes from Alicante Airport, The property itself is 5 mins walk from the main strip which boasts over 80restaurants & pubs, and is central to over 15 fabulous golf courses all within 30 mins drive. The property is perfect as it is situated right beside the communal swimming pool & is only an approx 10 minute walk to the beach. The property is fully furnished with English satellite T.V including Sky Movies & Sky Sports. All rooms are fitted with new air conditioning units. The accommodation provides both a home from home feeling & is bright airy and fresh. The accommodation has it's own driveway which will accommodate 2 cars easily.

Just minutes from Villamartin championship golf course, and less than 2 miles from the excellent Campomour and Las Ramblas golf courses. All are excellent Golf Courses to play all year round. Also within 20 mins drive are La Finca and Quesada golf courses. There are supermarkets, banks, shops, an Internet cafe, plus many bars and restaurants all within a short stroll. La Zenia Blue Flag beach is just a short stroll away from the accommodation. The luxurious large communal pool is very little used. Only residents and guests are allowed to use the pool. Murcia Airport is 15 kms, Alicante is 40 kms.

  • Please note all bookings require a 25% deposit in advance of arrival pending length of stay and remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a security deposit of €175 refunded on inspection and return of keys on your departure . The house is cleaned, laundered and serviced to a very high standard for your arrival and on your departure a cleaning charge of €60 applies, to be paid locally.
  • IMPORTANT!!! On day of departure all clients are requested to have the villa vacant from 12p.m noon in order to allow the cleaners to prepare the villa for new arrivals.
  • DISCOUNTS FOR HOLIDAYS MAKERS BOOKING FOR 2 WEEKS OR MORE
    Arrangements can be made for change of bed linen and towels for stays of over 1 week at a cost of € 30
    Airport transfers can be arranged to and from airport.

Spacious, homely feel to this beautiful Villa

Me, My wife and 2 Kids 7 and 15 had a very pleasant stay at this Villa, the Villa manager was most helpful, greeted all of us on arrival showed us around and offered help on anything we needed including goods bars, restaurants and things for the kids go carts etc, jet ski's etc. Really good experience and would have no hesitation is recommending this Villa and owner to anybody. Owner was very helpful and accomadating.
