This End Villa gives beautiful views to the sea from the sun terrace on the 3rd floor. Very spacious throughout with dining area and living room complete with Sofa Bed. The Villa has Air Conditioning Units throughout (chargeable). The villa has also a private pool and the communal pool is situated on the opposite side to the Villa. The Villa is ideally situated being within a 5 minute drive from the beach and 3 Championship Golf Courses. Shops, Bars and Restaurants are within a 10 minute walk from the villa. Caba Roig town is a 5 minute drive away. The Villa is 15 minutes from Murcia Airport and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport.

we went to this villa at the end of july 2010. it was lovely, very clean, well presented overall a really superb villa. The swimming pool was clean and a very good size (although i would watch out for the steps as they come out quite far). there is also a community pool straight across the road but to be honest with the pool in the villa u dont need it. There is not really much to do unless u had a car but there is a supermarket and some cafe's and bars just round the corner aswell as a bus stop incase u want to go any further. we went as 4 adults and two small children and we would all go back again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Top notch accommodation, excellent private pool.

I was there as part of two couples. Well appointed with all that you need for a pleasant stay. TV channels if the weather turns against you. Beaches, and three other centres for restaurants and pubs within easy reach. 2 excellent Golf courses nearby. Recommend Asia Shiek, Italian Affair, Bue, Argentinian Steak House on the Caba Roig strip. Crystals at La Fuenta. The Castle at San Miguel. El Cachito.

Best positioned villa on the development

We have just returned from a lovely week in this villa. Although not huge and it would be a struggle to fit eight in it was an ideal size for 4 adults and 1 child.
The villa was clean and well equiped, the pool is absolutely fantastic. It is ideally suited to a family with small children as there are gates and stairgates in all the important places.
You definitely need a car as the shops and restuarants are quite a distance away, the golf courses are close by.
The photographs on the holiday rentals site do not do the villa and pool justice and in my opinion the villa is in the best position on the development being such a good sized plot and having great views.
When I booked the villa was offered at a reduced price and this gave us very good value for money. I would book this villa again if I was returning to this region.
