Luxury 4 bedroom Family Villa located on a quiet residential street only 1 min walk from Cabo Roig Beach. The villa is set over 2 floors with access to the upper floor by external staircase. On the ground floor is large open plan Living and Dining room and kitchen area with shaded Terrace, 3 double bedrooms (master bedroom with patio doors leading direct to the pool). Family bathroom with Jacuzzi and Hydro Shower plus separate Guest W.C. On the First Floor (with its own entrance) is a living room with terrace (part sea views). One Twin bedroom (can easily push together to form a Double), a study (wireless Internet Access available) ,2 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi bath) and huge Terrace with seating and sunbathing area. Outside the villa has established gardens with play areas for the children. Private Swimming Pool can be heated in the winter and electronic entrance gates

Cabo Roig Harbour is approx 4min walk where you will find some good quality restaurants cafes/ bars on the beach front A further larger selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks etc can be found within 10 min walk of the villa.

Beautiful villa, perfect location. short walk from local beach Ideal for large families. Villa situated in beautiful well maintained gardens, with private pool. The villa itself is designed to a high standard with all mod cons. The only draw back is the lack of air conditioning, however every other aspect of the villa makes up for this. An ideal luxury rental. Perfect !
