What a lovely villa - would definately recommend.

Five of us (all girls) rented this villa for a week from 28 June - 5 July 2008.
From the day the enquiry was made, Jason and Sarah have been communicative and professional.
On our arrival at the villa it was extraordinarily clean, and looked even better than in the pictures.
Sarah and Jason have thought of absolutely everything. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the living space was lovely and homely (not that we spent much time indoors thanks to the stunning weather), the kitchen was large and well equipped and the pool and surrounding areas were spectacular.
The villa felt extremely secure and is situated in a lovely quiet residential area, but still close to Calpe and supermarkets. The villa was very private and we were not overlooked by any of the adjoining properties.
The villa faces West and gets the sun all day but still with plenty of shade if you need it so it was great for both the sun worshippers, and the token red head (me).
We spent many evenings on the balcony enjoying the warm evenings and sampling more of the local wine.
We hired a car for the week but took taxis in the evening (so we could freely sample the local wine) and a taxi cost about 6 - 10 Euros per journey.
Calpe is a lovely town. It is not massively touristy but there is still plenty to do. There is a harbour where you can get boats round the Calpe Rock, or to other resorts and there is also a lovely beach and loads of seafood restaurants here. There is a train that goes from Alicante to Denia stopping at Calpe which is a lovely way to see the coast. The old town is beautiful and very Spanish with lots of picturesque squares and allies. There was live music on the square most nights and an arts and crafts market. The restaurants in the old town are very good.
Sarah and Jason really do work hard to ensure you have everything you need, and there is a lovely agent on hand in the unlikely event that you do need anything.
I would recommend the villa for families, or groups like us who wanted a lovely relaxing break in the sun.
We will definitely be revisiting the villa and would certainly choose a villa over a hotel in future as it was lovely not having to be up at 5am to bagsy a sunbed (the ones at the villa are very comfortable as well), and not having to get up early every morning for breakfast.
