CASA LITA - Set on two floors the villa provides attractive and comfortable furnishings throughout. First floor- lounge with SAT TV(Samsung 32' LCD with BBC, ITV & Free view Channels), DVD player, wood burning stove, a glazed terrace furnished as a dining room, a separate newly fitted kitchen (Oct 2005) with oven/hob, combination microwave, and dishwasher. Full bathroom. One double bedroom, with sink, and one twin bedroom complete the facilities on this floor. Ground floor-a large bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a garage/ store room with washing machine, a covered terrace which also provides shaded parking and is adjacent to the pool. From March 2006 the villa has hot/cold air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the lounge. The villa has well maintained gardens to the front, sides and rear of the property. There is parking room for several cars in the front garden of the villa.

La Fustera is a residential area 5 kilometres from the centre of Calpe & on the coast road to Moraira. It has its own beach, a good supermarket and several bars & restaurants. Calpe is a typical Spanish seaside town which has developed around the Old Town area. It is overlooked by the spectacular 332 metre high Rock of Ifach (Penon), now a nature reserve, which separates Calpe's two main beaches & the fishing port & marina area. Calpe has many excellent bars & restaurants offering Spanish, French ,Italian, English, Dutch, Chinese & Indian cuisine at reasonable prices. There are weekly markets at Altea, Calpe & Moraira. Benidorm , thirty minutes away by car , provides many entertainment options including the Terra Mitica Theme park & the Aqualandia Water Park. Places worth a visit inland are the mountain village of Guadelest, the Jalon Valley and the safari parks at Aitana and Vergel. The nearby towns of Moraira, Altea and Gata are also worth a visit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Clients wishing to pay in British pounds please contact the owner for a quote. These prices are for three bedrooms - the villa can be rented as a two bedroom villa at lower prices outside of July & August. Please telephone for details. Discounts available for bookings made within three weeks of departure.
  • Linen provided and changed weekly from April until October. (Please bring your own towels for use around pool and at beach.) All utilities included. 15% deposit to secure booking. Final balance, plus refundable security deposit of €200 payable 8 weeks before start of rental period. Out of main summer season (July - August), we are flexible on changeover days so, please call or email to discuss your requirements
    We welcome inquiries for long winter lets November 2009 - April 2010. For the period from 1st November 2009 to 1st April 2010 the rental rate will be FROM €800 per calendar month (plus electricity, plus €250 security deposit). Please call for further details. We're also happy to help with advice on flights, transfers and car hire, if needed.
