This traditional style family villa with the benefit of full air conditioning is located in a quiet residential area, boasting a stunning communal pool and tennis courts. Just a few minutes drive from the centre of Calpe and within easy reach of the sandy beaches, the marina, the ‘Old Town’ and all the amenities this popular resort has to offer. There is also a golf course just a short drive away.

Calpe the artist’s town. A port and a country town at the same time. A privileged enclave beside the calm blue waters of the Mediterranean, where outstanding natural beauty, gastronomy, culture, the sea and the mountains are part of the everyday life. The Old Town is beginning to attract more and more visitors, with its museums, picturesque little streets, squares and many bars and restaurants, most of them with a lively terrace, an ideal place to spend a pleasant summer evening. Calpe will surprise you with its daring contrasts, where modern buildings and wide avenues harmonize with an ancient fishing village, where locals are proud of their past, yet welcome tourists and visitors with warm hearted hospitality. The two superb sandy blue flag beaches are divided by the ‘Peñón de Ifach’ rock, towering some 332 meters. There is a great choice of restaurants and bars around the fishing harbour, plus many interesting shops, boutiques. Calpe is approximately 75km from Alicante airport.

The house is equipped to a high standard and is far enough away to allow you to enjoy piece and quite, whilst being just a 5 minute taxi from the fantastic restaurants and bars Calpe has to offer. |
Accommodation
The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, a hallway with stairs to the 2nd floor and doorways to the twin room (air conditioned), king-size room ((Air conditioned and with door to rear garden) and ground floor bathroom. Take the spiral stairs to the second floor leading to a spacious living / dining room (Air conditioned)with Satellite TV, Multi regional DVD (selection of films available), Hi-Fi stereo system. You will also find the small but fully equipped kitchen, with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The kitchen has all you will need for six people. On this floor you will also find the 2nd bathroom, with toilet, sink and shower and the third bedroom (Air conditioned), as with all the bedrooms, it’s very well appointed with plenty of storage space – this room has a balcony looking over the hills at the rear of the property, an ideal place to have an evening glass of wine and watch the sun disappear behind the hills. Air conditioned throughout.
Outside
The house has generous private paved front garden with patio table and chairs – this garden enjoys the morning sun. The property also has a private rear garden. This area is a true suntrap - enjoying the rays from 12 noon through to sunset. In the rear garden you will find 4 sun-lounger’s, on which to relax and top up your tan. This is the ideal place to entertain or enjoy a peaceful evening of eating and drinking. The built in BBQ allows you to display your culinary flair. You will also find an outside kitchen area; fully equipped with everything you need i.e. crockery, cutlery and washing facilities. This is where you will also find a washing machine.

'Lovely villa in a fabulous location. We will be back. Beautiful clean beaches and some great food. The Rafol pool was a real bonus, we couldn't believe how quite it was. You have a lovely home in an equally lovely setting'.
