Calpe nestles next to the Rock of Ifach, a spectacular rock formation standing in a nature reserve of the same name and offering unique panoramas over the Alicante coastline. Calpe itself is a village steeped in maritime traditions and blessed with an extensive coast featuring fine, golden sand. Among the many options for enjoying a stay in this authentic tourist village are walks along a promenade on foot, it is full of lively terrace restaurants offering fresh fish and seafood dishes, plus all kinds of water sports and activities, or a visit to its quaint old historic centre on the Costa Blanca. Both rooms have large patio doors leading out to the covered terrace. The separate fitted kitchen has a laundry room off. A passage from the hallway gives access to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor gallery landing where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside Facilities:
Patio doors from the lounge and dining room give access to a covered terrace. From here steps lead to the large sun terrace surrounded by mature gardens and lawns. The 10m x 5m swimming pool has roman steps, making it ideal for young children and the elderly. Sun beds, parasols, patio furniture, and a brick built barbeque are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining on the patio. The quiet area combined with good sea views make this is an idea location for a relaxing holiday. Off road parking is available.
