There is a separate fitted breakfast kitchen. The villa is very nicely furnished and well equipped throughout. The magnificent views of the lake, the headland and the coast around Calpe combined with easy access to all amenities, make this an ideal holiday location.

Outside Facilities:: An external staircase leads down to the sun terraces that surround the 8m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool, with poolside shower unit. At this level there is a large covered BBQ equipped with a charcoal barbecue, a gas hob and a sink unit. There is an awning available to create a shaded ‘Alfresco’ dining area. The villa is enclosed by a high wall to give good privacy.
