This large detached luxury villa is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the main sandy beach at Calpe. The accommodation comprises of a entrance hall with stairs leading to first floor landing, a roof top solarium and two twin bedrooms, one with balcony. In addition there is a family bathroom and a separate shower room on this level. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a luxury family bathroom and a second separate shower room. The spacious living room benefits from an open fireplace and gives access to a separate fully fitted kitchen. All main areas benefit from air-conditioning / central heating, at a small additional charge. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout.

Calpe is a very popular cosmopolitan family resort, offering something to suit all. There is a great choice of restaurants and bars around the fishing harbour, plus many interesting shops, boutiques and nightspots. The two superb sandy blue flag beaches are divided by the ‘Peñón de Ifach’ rock, a huge craggy headland used as a watchtower against Berber pirates. The rock is now designated as a nature reserve; it is possible to climb to the top and take in the breathtaking views along the coast and inland over the mountains and hills behind the resort. The nearby salt flats have been home to a large number of flamingos that can be seen all year round wading in the shallow waters. In addition to villas with pools in CAlpe, we have a number close to 'La Fustera, which is one of a number of small sandy beaches and rocky coves tucked along the coast, heading north to Moraira. Calpe is approximately 75km from Alicante (ALC) Airport and 145km from Valencia Airport.

There is a large sun terrace, a poolside shower, a brick built barbecue and a shaded car-port, which has a pathway leading up to the ground floor area, through well kept ornamental gardens. Patio furniture and sun loungers and parasols are provided.
